"Spent a lovely few days at the Hobbit Cottage. It has a dog friendly garden and it is a short walk to Kames Bay. You can access the Cathedral of the Isles from the end of the cul-de-sac which takes less than 5 minutes. The cottage is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. June, our host, was very attentive and you only had to ask if you needed anything."

"Many happy childhood memories of a day in Millport when holidaying in Largs. Very pleasant situation at Kames Bay, further from the town, but handy for a dip in the sea. 38 steps up a spiral staircase to the flat, so travel light!, but a stunning view over the Bay to the Arran mountains. A cosy little flat with all the necessities for a quiet break"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The check in with Isobel was very smooth and easy. The cottage is actually bigger than the front view suggests, as it has been extended at the rear. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage is well equipped and very clean and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and facilities in Lamlash. "Great location with fantastic views over the water. Really clean and modern apartment with plenty of space and everything you'd need. All facilities excellent, from beds to bathrooms. Garage downstairs is handy (silver key fob controls the door, and it's the one on the far left as you face the building). Key collection was easy and Peter was really helpful and quick on communication. We hope to be back. PS. Excellent takeaway from the Taj Mahal about half a mile down the road."

"As a family with two small children, the apartment was ideal. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, and the view from the sitting room to die for! The kids loved using the binoculars to look at the boats in the bay. The bathroom is small with just a shower (no bath) but fine for a few days. 5-minute drive from the big Co-op in Rothesay."
