"We really loved this hotel. Everything was so fancy and clean, we really loved the bidets, the room set up, and the amenities. This was the best gym and sauna/spa. The pools and views were amazing, I left with the best tan! The casino was nice and all of the shopping too! The restaurants were great too! "Hands down...one of best hotels i have ever stayed at. the location itself is centralized. the staff are always hospitable, respecful, and kind. the breakfast buffet has a lot of options. the housekeeping staff does a great job making our rooms clean and tidy. the one bedroom apartment we stayed at was very spacious. overall, i will definitely come back again!!!!"

"Check in 1 am llegue al cuarto el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la conexión para cargar celulares tampoco, llegaron a revisar y que tardarían media hora en arreglarlo, pedí cambio de habitación, no iba a esperar en la madrugada a que hicieran mantenimiento cuando solo ocuparía la habitación por unas horas para dormir, está lejos del aeropuerto con tráfico, para las 10 horas que pase en el hotel mala experiencia.
