"Our stay at Flamingo Cát Bà was disappointing and far below expectations. While the location and ocean views are beautiful, poor communication and inconsistent management overshadowed the entire experience.

"We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!"

"Property was very modern inside. Bed was amazing, so comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location was very central. Staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful in organising a driver for us to take us to the National Park. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay on Cat Ba Island"
