"I can't really rate this cruise specifically. We were moved to a different cruise line at the last hour. I booked Amanda after doing my research, and over the past few months I was chatting to 1 person for organising stuff there. That person left the company and none of my communications (through Whatsapp) was noted anywhere. 2 days before the cruise a new person was in touch. I repeated the entire process. Up to the day of the cruise, everything was smooth with the admin. Then an hour or so...

"Everything about this Ambassador cruise was outstanding. The cabin was spacious, spotless and beautifully appointed. The crew were wonderful -friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. Every meal was delicious and the live entertainment was outstanding. I'd highly recommend Ambassador Cruises to anyone looking for a great overnight Halong Bay experience."
