"Our stay at Central Hotel Shanghai was great. The staff is very kind, and they always provide water, which I really appreciate as a tourist. The only thing I would complain about is that there is no self-service laundry. Laundry service is provided by the cleaning staff, which is a little expensive. Despite the price, my main concern is that I prefer to take care of my own clothes. Also, the protein options at the breakfast buffet were somewhat limited. I would rate my stay 4 out of 5 stars this time. I hope to come back again!"
