"Very nice room and very friendly staff. but there is a building under construction between the sea views and the rooms. The workers worked at the same height as the room so there was no privacy. They offered me a room change but the damage had already been done (I had traveled 36 hours to get there) so I decided after the first night to change hotels. I lost two nights and no partial compensation was offered nor did they attempt to contact me afterwards."

"We received kind service upon check in, we had a car but no where to park, the staff moved his car from his spot so we could park our car. There was a helpful information sheet in prepared in English to assist us with Korean hotel custom and other FAQ. Room was clean with nice polished wooden floors. "This was our second time staying in this hotel and we loved it even more this time! First off the staff is so nice and welcoming especially for foreigners! They welcomed us with print out in English with all the hotel information. There’s a great Jeju black pork restaurant next door and it’s super easy to walk to the beach from the hotel.
