She also made check-in super smooth and sent a list of to-do’s while on the island that were perfect for our family. "The sliding door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close. Half the curtains on the sliding door were missing so we had no privacy in the living room. The shower curtain did not fit properly and water was all over the floor in the bathroom after each shower. We were given a code to enter the pool area but we were unable to find any keypad or any way to unlock the pool gate and therefore were unable to sit by the pool. "

"Slice of heaven was just that! Unit is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Beautiful marsh and ocean view. The sunrises are amazing! Kim was a great hostess. Communication and check in instructions were spot on and timely. Nice touches throughout aided to creature comforts. Only update to listing I would suggest is regarding the beach wagon. It’s tired and has skinny wheels. Had I known, I would have brought my own. We did enjoy the use of other beach items for our fun in the sun. We...
