"The staff were very friendly and helpful, they really were the best feature of this hotel. The views are breathtaking, free kayaking is good fun. Food was ok. Well equipped rooms with smart tvs and super responsive communication with the restaurant and concierge, making the stay easy."

"Me encanta ese hotel. The staff are very friendly and clean, only that the bathroom had some difficulties and not sound proof as well as their WiFi are very slow. But the staff are very attentive and friendly and very helpful that is why I am so happy staying with them too."

"The bathroom looks dirty because of the old and stained toilet seats. There are no elevators. Air conditioning works well.
Staff are friendly and very helpful. TV has very poor reception. Did not eat at the hotel. "
