"Just love this spot. The water was right outside the screened porch. Got to fish whenever we wanted. The marina is about 12 minutes away: bair and apparently a great restaurant. Didn't get to try the restaurant. The people around were so friendly. The dolphins put on a show on two different days. The house had everything you could just about need. The screened in porch was everything! We got to hang out at night with no bug issues. Many mentioned mosquitos in the visitor book, but luckily for us...

"Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is an older beach house but has all the ammenities you will ever need. You literally only need to pack your clothes and groceries. The location is perfect for the fishermen looking for a basecamp or you can enjoy fishing off the private pier.
