"Very enjoyable stay, well stocked kitchen and gorgeous beach with easy access. Beds were comfortable and owner very responsive! Private, remote neighborhood, we loved seeing the eagles a few times. I recommend this property for a northern MI getaway. "

"Loved the location of this house - quick drives to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Mackinac. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Access to the beach was a 2 minute walk, and was worth every step up and down the driveway…we had the entire beach to ourselves and it was beautiful! Also loved all of the extras that were already there and we didn’t have to pack - beach chairs, wagon for towing to the beach, fans, etc. "

"We had an amazing stay at our cottage. Everything was clean and quiet with a fantastic view!! We were greeted by a family of Grouse when we arrived which was also so very cute. All necessities were provided for us to cook in the kitchen. Beds were also very comfy. Great memories!!!"

"This is a comfortable home with a nice layout and beautiful view of Paradise Bay. We enjoy being in town to ride our bicycles on pavement. We enjoy the museums, library and any businesses that are open to browse through. "This cottage is a jewel…tucked away on quiet Indian Point, it’s roomy and has one of the best equipped and outfitted kitchens on the island. The open plan dining and living rooms offer lots of space to gather and play. And the screen porch offers a bug-free spot to relax and enjoy this shady view of Lake Michigan. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset View. cottage. Plenty of room, even for a larger group, with two living areas and a basement game room. Nice bedrooms, large kitchen with everything you might need, and nice clean bathrooms. The backyard was the place to be, on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. "What a great location ! The quarters above garage were nice for some alone time for my son his wife and kids. Evening rides gave way to many whitetail encounters . Kids loved picking stones on the beach and splashing in the waves of Lake Michigan. Better than the ocean No salt! "

"The home was in a great location. The process to just check in was easy. I even had a problem and called the emergency and they answered right away and helped me with my problem. The view was gorgeous from the back porch. The sunlight coming into the home was amazing."

"This is a cute historic house that’s newly renovated. It actually was roomier than we expected from the pictures. Perfect location-a short walk down to the beach and a short walk into town. The neighbors were friendly and we got a whole history lesson on the red house and the surrounding area. The Wi-Fi was adequate but patchy. Apparently that’s the nature of Wi-Fi in Cross Village.
