"Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

"Fueron muy amables con el check in, la propiedad en buenas condiciones, baños y habitaciones limpias, no tuve complicaciones con el baño y la cocina compartidos debido a que no estaba llena la ocupación y algunas habitaciones tienen su propio baño. Cama y almohadas cómodas. La cocina solo me dio problema que las ollas se les pegaba todo, así que tuve que comprar una con teflon. Solo no me gustó en el check out que aún no eran las 11 en punto y ya me estaban tocando la puerta que “please check...

"It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants."

"Really cool little place, perfect as a base camp for exploring the area. Comfortable, clean, great location."

"We visit the area frequently and previously owned a home in the neighborhood. We will definitely visit the property again. The location is great and permits a true experience of the Sunset Hill neighborhood in Ballard. The accomodations were new, clean, very comfortable, easy to access, and close to everything."

"Gracias"

"Very enjoyable overall. Clean and well appointed. Amazing view and welcoming waterfront amenities. Instructions posted in the room were helpful. Pest control tech was spraying for spiders on the patio while we were in the room sitting and looking outside, not a big deal but worthy of mention."

"So lovely and cozy! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back without a doubt. Quiet. Comfortable. Close to bus line. Perfect."

"Beautiful property to stay at. Loved that they had some toys for my son to play with while we were there. They had board games as well. The mini split system in the kitchen and living room did lag quite a bit. We had to “turn off” the unit multiple times before it would actually turn off."
