"Parfait pour une nuit avant de prendre son avion . L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel "

"The manager was very nice and accommodating. Made sure our stay was pleasant. Location was convenient to where we wanted to be. Good for a larger group of people since has two bedrooms and a kitchen. TV has about 5 japanese channels to watch, but we were not there to watch TV so did not spend much time watching. Rooms were clean and presentable. Washer worked good and had a dedicated room area to dry hanging clothes in the apartment."

"初めキーロックシステムがうまく作動しなかったが、電話連絡でですぐに対応してくれた。直前の予約だったがメール連絡の返信が早くて良かった。掃除は行き届いており、タオルやミネラルウォーターなどもあって助かった。エレベーターや廊下、トイレなど古い建物独特の匂いはするが寝室は問題なかった。値段相応だと思います。"

"２０１８年も８月に利用しました。その際も大変よかったのですが、変わらず大変コストパフォマンスの良いお宿です。海水浴場に近い立地、古き良き佇まいでありながら、ふるさを感じさせない清潔感（虫もいません）、気前のよく気の利くオーナー様などなど…行楽シーズンに誰にも気を使わずにゆっくりできる場所だと思います。去年からの比較です・シャンプーとコンディショナーがとても薄かったです。前の方のいたずらかな…？・冷蔵庫がひとまわり小さくなっていました。バーベキューをする方は要注意です。ちなみに、駅から歩くにはちょっとしんどい距離なので、もし淡輪でレンタカーを探しているのであれば、一つ先のみさき公園駅に送迎に来てくれる格安レンタカー会社（キャルレンタカー岬石油）があるのでおすすめです。車があると買い出しも楽です（一番近いスーパー：トライアル阪南店）"

"Nice apartment & great location literally 100m from the beach/supermarket & 200m from the main bus station. On the downside, bit noisy with the footsteps of the ppl above & street traffic (esp early morning). Still a pretty good option though. "
