"I tried to cancel with them on May 20 and they would not. They said I didn’t have a reservation and so they didn’t cancel and then they charged me for it on June 15 I negotiated it down and they should’ve gave me a full refund because they said I didn’t have a reservation"

"Staff were awesome, beds were not that comfy but the beds were clean , bathrooms in the hotel room in dulux rooms around the pool area are very cramp for any size person, toilet seem loose from the wall but rooms are very clean but if it says room are sound proof they are not and about a 1 inch gap ..."
