Cambiar almohadas
Todo estuvo bien no más las almohadas muy malas nada confortable me avía quedado anteriormente ahí y estuvo perfecto pero esta habitación que me dieron ahora tenía unas almohadas nada confortables me dolió mucho mi cuello en la mañana no descansé bien 🙁

Bathroom wasn’t very clean and outside was dirty. The parking is way to expensive and I was lucky to have the manager comp us on parking but if he didn’t it would have been $28 per night.

Off the main highway, so its quiet, safe and new building. Room has lots of items for added comfort. Has a store and complimentary refreshments and shuttle to airport.

they charge you almost $30 a night while there are so many parking areas around the hotel that you can park for free I didn’t mention that during the booking also breakfast is not included and it’s about $25 per person

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Parking is 28.00 per night per vehicle and mentioned in hotel website and Expedia confirmation email. If you made your reservation with breakfast included, you will get it otherwise we serve breakfast with a charge!

Room was clean, modern, and neat. The bed was comfortable. For being so close to the freeway, you couldn’t even tell. There was zero noise and able to sleep very peacefully. We would definitely stay again if we needed a room close to the airport. Staff were all very kind and hospitable.

The staff was helpful, welcoming, and efficient. They were also very polite. I had a great time, and I loved the facility there. It's very convenient distance everywhere and the parking is nicely formatted as well.

I enjoyed the easy access to the freeway and the staff was great. The people at the restaurant were very helpful and the person at the front desk was constantly greeting me. Great service!!

We got the room for the pool and shuttle. The pool was closed and the shuttle didn’t run until 8 am. A lot of people need to get to the airport before 8:15.

My apologies for the pool, it was a pump issue that was out of the hotels control, it gave us no warning. As for the shuttle, the hours are posted on the hotel website. Most of the time when guest are unsure, they are free to contact the property to double check what time the shuttle runs.

The front desk was friendly enough, the room and overall hotel is clean. The room service was fast and delicious! The room has no bad odor and the temp is easy to control. I feel safe here and in case you’re a traveler, the location is very close to the SNA airport. I would stay here again.
