This cabin was really nice to stay in for a couple nights! We found it really pretty on the outside and fun and unique on the inside. Our problems were that there were no shade/curtains for privacy in the big glass window in front door nor the window above the sink, many of the string lights were burnt out, the low water pressure in the bathroom, and the mailbox is put at the end of a DIFFERENT driveway than the one we were supposed to go to. That made the first night pretty uncomfortable but by the morning, that feeling had mostly subsided. I'd still love to give them 4 stars though because they seemed nice, they built the house themselves, they had a review book inside (it was full though), and the outside was really peaceful.

We rented this cabin for our anniversary and it was wonderful! It was such a cute and cozy place to stay. Everything was clean, there were several amenities to use. My husband loved having a grill to use and I loved using the smaller bed area as a book nook. We will most definitely be back again, next time with the kids. They would really love the place too!

Our time at this cozy cabin was absolutely wonderful! It’s perfectly sized, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated — the ideal, peaceful retreat for couples or small families. The location is quiet yet convenient to Red River Gorge and other local attractions. From relaxing by the firepit to enjoying a novel in the book nook bed, every moment was relaxing and memorable. We hope to come back for another stay!

Sunset Ridge is a cozy, quiet haven that is exactly as represented in the listing. We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of our time at the cabin. The kitchen is well-appointed for a small, simple space and everything was clean and ready to use. The entire cabin was welcoming, clean, and felt like a home. We spent one afternoon placing Trivial Pursuit on the porch. The cabin now has an outdoor griddle (blackstone-style) that was delivered while we were there. Fantastic listing - we loved it!

We LOVED the location! It was perfect for my husband and I on an anniversary weekend getaway! We made a fire for smores and hit up a lot of activities on the red river gorge. This cabin has vintage appliances, board games, a spacious bathroom comfortable bed. Can’t go wrong with this spot!

Nice cozy cabin about 45 minutes from Natural bridge and RRG. still an easy drive. It is a cabin, so there were some critters to look out for, but overall a nice private place to hang out.The bed by the window had some wood splitting from the ceiling. It didn’t seem like it was actively coming apart, but something to keep in mind and maybe address in the future.

Beautiful and clean place to stay! The only downside is the water temp and pressure in shower made it unusable, and there was a very distinct smell in the water that caused us to have to use bottled water for coffee after having tasted it the first morning.
