"Room was clean and tidy, good amenities especially with the small fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good choice and served very quickly. Ample parking at the rear of the building. Good choice of evening meal, only sorry we weren't there on Sunday for the carvery. Great location in a beautiful small village. Would recommend and stay again."

"Room wasn't serviced - breakfast expensive - asked for poached eggs which came and tasted of vinegar - asked for fried eggs which came and yokes burst and hard"

"Lovely staff as usual.Rooms are as described, clean, and handful amentities. The botomless breakfast is really good too"

"Yes, these rooms are above a pub but you can’t hear any noise. The appointments were like that of a luxury hotel. Food wise, do note that this hotel caters predominantly for the recently retired crowd (a very reasonably priced but very British menu such as kippers for breakfast and syrup sponge pudding with custard for pudding) We were the only people under 65 that I saw during my October...

Entra...

"Very helpful staff as we had to check in late, easy to reach via phone as well, useful booklet in the room and more info leaflets in the communal space."
