"I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

"The property is spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. I would definitely recommend it. We did have some issues that prevent me from giving an excellent rating, however I do believe these were unusual occurrences and were taken care of promptly. The house wasn’t cleaned at arrival time. They actually drove in behind us at 4pm. Not a good first impression. Once the house was cleaned it was fine.We had two occurrences of the sewer lift station malfunctioning. Had to have...

"It is a great place to stay with kids and older adults. So easy to get to the beautiful sandy beach. The water was so clear, shallow and gentle waves. Very refreshing water temperature. Shed in back has many beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, 3 floats too. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water was wonderful to change or just rinse off the sand before entering the house. Needs a bucket to rinse your feet on the side porch. Indoor showers were clean, bedding clean and comfortable, house is...

"We loved this charming Rockport cottage. The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but close to several beaches and close to all the Bearskin Neck galleries and shops. The beds were comfortable, everything was in good working order, the decks and garden were lovely and the neighbor next door was so kind and friendly.
