Apartment "Possenheim" with Wi-Fi

The apartment is located along beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the Steigerwald, just outside the historic wine town of Iphofen (approx. 6 km to the center).



Our open-plan, freshly renovated apartment is about 36 sqm. It features a bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), a living/dining room, and a bathroom with a shower tub. The living room offers a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) for up to two additional guests, a dining table (seats up to 5), and a TV (streaming available).



For self-catering, you'll find everything you need: a small kitchenette with double induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine (Senseo, pads included), kettle, and toaster. Dishes, cutlery, and pots are also provided. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included. Dogs are welcome; a cleaning fee applies. Wi-Fi is available.



If you're traveling with children, the apartment is equipped with high chairs, bed guards, and toys. You are welcome to use our courtyard. The local playground is less than a five-minute walk away.



We are accessible by car via the B8, with parking available in front of the property. Numerous hiking and cycling routes lead to Iphofen, Markt Einersheim, and all neighboring villages.



Iphofen train station connects to Würzburg and Nuremberg. Shopping is available in Markt Einersheim and Iphofen.



You'll find plenty of culinary options nearby, with many wineries and nice restaurants. We're happy to provide recommendations.



The area offers leisure activities such as amusement parks, mini golf, outdoor pools, and adventure farms for families.



The apartment adjoins our living space. Arrival is recommended by car or bicycle, as public transport schedules nearby are limited.
