Dear Ishita, We offer our sincere apologies that you didn’t have a perfect stay. Even though the hotel building is well maintained, we encountered some issues the last couple of days with the hot water supplies which we were able to resolve in the end. Taking this into consideration, we agree that some elements of the service you received were not acceptable and in no way reflective of the highest level of service that we pride ourselves on providing.
