Thank you for your feedback. The hotel is set in a beautiful rural location yet only 5 miles from the city center so without a car then yes, you would be relying on Taxis. We are sorry that you had disturbance from the room next door and also that our menu was not to your liking.

Thank you for your review and kind words about the staff and the setting. Sorry, the toilet was 'noisy' - some of the plumbing is quite old but we are aware and are addressing that as quickly as we can with our ongoing maintenance program. Hopefully, you will visit us again.

Thank you for leaving your review and sorry that you were uncomfortable in the room. We have had some unusually warm weather recently and like most properties in Scotland, we don't have any AC. We will have a look at the radiator to see why you couldn't turn that off. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the food and the location.
