"The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. "

"What an amazing place to stay, great location and only minutes from stores and restaurants. Decent location in the river to access to the gulf. And the house literally had anything and everything for any occasion and for all ages. This house is definitely by far the best place we have stayed for scalloping and we have been scallop for 15 years. Thank you so much patty and can’t wait to stay here again. "

"Great, we really enjoyed ourselves. Very clean, bathrooms were completely stocked, shampoo, body wash, scrubber and the shower heads were wonderful, towels were new and bid. TV's in in bedrooms and a big one in the living room.The beds in two of the rooms were hard.The ping pong table was well used, loved the big dining room and table."

"This was our 3rd year staying at the Mermaid House. We love it so much, we've already booked for next summer. So many great things to point out:- It's always Super Clean when we get there. - It's always ready on time. - The game room in the garage is a HUGE favorite of the men and kids. "We enjoyed the amount of room this house had to offer and for the price. You won't find that much space at such a reasonable rate anywhere else. If you are looking for top of the line, all the extras and modern updates this may not be the place for you. We had issues with several of the doors, doorknobs, sink handles and lighting. Either half of the lights did not work or we were not using the right switches. It was never really an issue so I did not contact the owners. I am sure they would have...
