LAUNDRY: A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.
PARKING You will have access to a single-car garage and single parking spot in the driveway for two (2) vehicles total. If you are travelling with additional vehicles, there is street parking available along the fence at the entrance to Vista Heights. Please note that these spots are extremely limited, so we recommend carpooling as much as possible.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
24/7 ASSISTANCE Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
CHECK-IN/OUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. No parties or events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed 8 guests.
3. No smoking is permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
5. Sorry, no pets of any kind are permitted on this property.
6. In respect of the neighbours, we ask that the hot tub not be used outside of the quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM) please and thank you. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
