"The room itself is nice, nice view but the room is a glorified self contained rumpus room inside the owners house. We were warned that she was having guests over and that there would be some noise only after we’d booked and paid. 9.30 pm the guests arrive and the room above is her living space. Whilst trying to sleep, we heard footsteps thumping across the floor, people talking loudly, chairs being pulled out from under tables, appliances being plugged in….., so clearly it was like we were in...
