This feedback is intended to give your next guests the best possible experience, and to provide guests with crucial information needed when booking your home. We all travel a lot.
1). More detailed arrival instructions are imperative. We had to call customer service twice (who were borderline rude and seemed bothered). The printed out directions sent to us did not include that it was home #5.
2). The address doesn’t get you to the right location, we had to end up entering “River Glen water park” to find the neighborhood.
2). The home needs to have an exterior light to mark the path and an address sign that was reflective in the dark, higher up on the house and/or closer to the road. We arrived in the pitch dark and had to walk house to house in the rain with our torches trying to find the #5 (located on a very low corner of the home and not reflective)
3). There was no hot water in the hallway bathroom. And no hot water in either sink. We had to all share one shower.
4). We did not know if the home had WiFi or how to access. (The home needs WiFi if none at this time.)There was no information or home instructions left for guests.
The instructions for guests should include WiFi info, how to lock the door (lift up handle before turning lock/key etc), what to do when checking out, info for how to operate hot water if needed to make 2nd bathroom have hot water?
5) Mattresses are in desperate need of replacement.
6) The outside of the property has not been maintained.
