"The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly."

"Loved our stay! Super clean, location was close to everything, cows were sweet, and there’s a gorgeous view of Ben Nevis and the surrounding mountains. We got some of our best sleep tucked in the loft! A hot plate and/or air fryer would be a nice future addition as the microwave isn’t super ideal for cooking all things but we made it work just fine!"

"The apartment has a fantastic view. Nice place for a family with kids. It sits right over the very busy highway through town. Lovely paintings on the wall. When we got into the building, the elevator was very cranky and we did not use it again. The apartment smeled like cigarette smoke so we had to air it out right away. Love the little cafe across the highway and down by the marina. Great coffee! Your places should all have either a French press or a coffee maker of some type. Other than that,...
