"Very nice guest house. Check in and check out is contactless but you get in advance all instructions you need to go in. There is some breakfast in the room (coffee, tea, biscuits, cereals…). The room is comfortable, big and quite big. There is also an emergency number in case you have any problem during the stay."

"We loved our stay at Ashburn House! The B&B is lovely inside and out, with tasteful and lovingly executed finishings, and really beautiful gardens. The bed was VERY comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. The best pastries and fresh fruit I have had in a long time and a terrific coffee maker ;-). The location is also perfect; easy walking to downtown but a few blocks way so you don’t get the crowd noise. The proprietor is so warm and friendly, we felt like we were visiting friends. ...

"The guest house has a brilliant view. 10 minutes walk from Neptune staircase . The owners were great and welcoming. Breakfast was great and as my wife is gluten intolerant, this was no problem, as the owners went above and beyond to get her gluten free sausages.
