Lots of space in the rooms, Slightly tired decor. I did get to look into a refurbished room and it was excellent. Every needed was supplied.Centrally located and suitede our needs very well

Older style but very comfortable, room. Recliner chairs for watching TV. Very comfortable bed. Heaters already on on arrival so room nice and warm. Excellent and very accommodating service.

wonderful room
thanks for such a lovely big room, great 3 seater couch and BIGGER TV than we have at home. Great to be able to cook and sit at a dining table to eat. Easy access, good parking and close to supermarket and town. Please update your pictures on your website to actually reflect the rooms - they are truely lovely.

Spacious Room
Spacious room with all the amenities including large display screen if that's of interest. A supermarket across the street and short drive to CBD. No road noise even though on highway so with a comfortable bed was a good place to sleep. Room had excellent heating.

Friends road trip stop-over
Two twin rooms suited us well. The unit was quiet and comfy, yet close to shops and places to eat. The manager was really helpful in tracking us down to say we'd left belongings and we arranged to send post-bags to retrieve them. WIFI in the unit was not reliable; OK at reception.

Great size and facilities
The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the size of would be one of the biggest rooms I've ever rented. A good sized kitchen 3 seater couch and a recliner chair with a good size 4 seater table and big screen tv.. The bedroom was a similar size and separate toilet and bathroom. Located right on the edge of town, good parking and easy access there was really nothing negative that is worth mentioning. It is an old motel but space and facilities were great and more than make up for older styling. I'd take that of cramped and modern any time. The price was very reasonable for what you get. I did see one of the studio rooms and it again was large and well appointed

Always impressive
I was staying for work. I arrived at about 7pm and was gone by 7am so it really was just a place for me to sleep. But I was impressed with the suite/apartment. The sofa proved too comfortable and I woke up at about 2am and forced myself to go to bed. I knew that was going to be an issue when I scrolled through the selection of tv channels. Much more than the standard ones you get in most hotels/motels. There is a supermarket just across the road which is very convenient. Friendly, helpful staff as well.

Great location, close to central Invercargill
Excellent place, close to all central Invercargill facilities, shops and restaurants. Great fish and chips (Kings) just around the corner. Nice large, warm room and comfy bed.

Perfectly located, the hotel is spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet. Great living room area, with full kitchen facilities. It was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a comfortable - and really clean - place to stay in Invercargill. Although it is on a main route, we had no road noise. (We did have noise from kids staying at the motel, but it is a bit hard to fault the establishment for that.)

I have spent a number of nights here over the last 6 months. They are always pleasant stays in comfortable beds. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
