Great stay here for an activity packed vacation with the kids. Drove an hour to santas village, also went to the aquarium, skiied wildcat and attitash and spent some time in north conway (all within 30min). Great views from this cozy house. Everything was as advertised.

Cozy and amazing view

The listing is very accurate. The cabin is very cozy. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds comfortable. Note there are bathrooms on the upper (loft) and lower levels but not on the main floor. Renters should be able to do stairs comfortably. The cabin itself is decades old with some retrofit heating systems but we were very comfortable. A 10-minute drive to North Conway & lots of hiking & skiing in the area. We enjoyed our snug getaway!

Comfortable pleasant stay

Cute, comfortable house. Very well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Nice view and location. Very smooth and easy check-in process. The mattresses could use an update as they are not very comfortable but manageable. The house was reasonably clean though could use a deep cleaning in many areas. When we arrived, it seemed as though no one had been there for several weeks as it was quite musty and stuffy (especially bedrooms as they are in basement). After a day of running the AC it was comfortable and pleasant. Would recommend the owners run the AC and dehumidifier prior to guests arriving in the summer. We overall enjoyed our stay and suited the needs of our family of 5 very well.

Great place, but challenging stay at times

The property itself is 5 star and awesome. Great location, stunning views, very quiet, extremely clean, well-stocked and comfortable furnishings / beds. Had to downgrade total experience to a 4 though due to some other factors. The property management company sent us the wrong lock box code so we spent over 30 minutes fumbling around in the dark before having to call them for assistance. They resolved it fairly quickly and we were able to get in with an alternative code, but made for a frustrating first impression when you can't get in the place due to wrong info. It snowed the entire day Friday into Saturday, which is normally fantastic and why you vacation in that area in the first place. However, snow removal was somewhat spotty, and we ended up having to shovel a LOT. We returned Friday afternoon to 4-6 inches on the ground and the plow driver hadn't showed up yet - not the end of the world but not knowing when he would swing by, we ended up having to shovel a parking spot / path to stairs / stairs ourselves (he did show up 15 minutes later to take care of the rest, so mostly bad timing there). However on Saturday morning we woke up to well over a foot of new snow. The driver had completely cleared out our neighbors' parking areas but barely touched ours - I know our car parked in one of the spots, but where else were we supposed to park it (?) So we again had to shovel the outdoor stairs / walking path to car / half the driveway. He came by to clear the rest later to take care of the rest after we left the property for awhile, but too little too late. We lost power sometime during early Saturday morning while we were sleeping . Just one of those unfortunate things, nothing anyone can do about that obviously. Not having direct contact with the owner made it somewhat frustrating to chase down update info though - we didn't know which power company serviced that area, status checks required the owner's phone number, which we didn't have. Finally got a fairly reliable update that power wouldn't be restored to that area for another day or two, so we ended up unfortunately having to vacate 1 night earlier than intended. The property management company was good about processing a credit for 1 night so kudos to them for that, but it took quite a bit of chase work and multiple phone calls to expedite that - had we been able to deal with the owner directly, a lot back and forth and aggravation could have been saved.

quiet and relaxing

Very clean property. Extremely comfortable beds. Couple minor issues on check in taken care of right away. Family had a great time. Love the loft. Would definitely stay here again

Winter Break

The house was exactly what we needed for our ski week! Everything was clean, easy to find, with an excellent view from the back deck. Only comments would be more clear directions on how trash would be disposed at the end of the stay. Other than that it was awesome, would love to stay here again in the future.

Weekend getaway

The house was nice and clean, plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children ages 2 & under. Very quiet area. We had a little misunderstanding with trash removal, check out is at 11am but dump doesn’t open until 12. we realized later that we could have dropped off trash at the realty office dumpster. Besides that everything was perfect, we would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Away with Friends

Perfect location and property for a hiking weekend with friends. Kitchen well equipped and the island was the gathering point for meals and board games, while the deck with amazing views was ideal for morning coffee. Cozy beds and bedding which In my experience, is typically rare at rentals.

Cozy and comfortable

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for the five of us to relax and not be on top of each other at all. Tons of comfortable seating in the living room area, great surroundsound on the TV for movie watching, and the best part is the giant counter in the kitchen with six stools which we enjoyed all of our meal gatherings. Everything was laid out wonderfully. Ample parking, and A beautiful view from the deck as well. The only thing that I would have done differently is bring my own linens, because the ones that they provided were pretty thin and rough, and we were short a couple of pillowcases. We had to call the property management office for one small thing when we got there and they were very responsive and friendly so I’m sure if I had mentioned we were short a pillow case someone would have brought one over but we just made due without the pilllow. We would definitely rent this property again in the future!

Great spot for a trip to the white mountain area!

This is a great property with fantastic views and is a great bargain in our opinion. Great location in proximity to the white mountains, North Conway and numerous other outdoor destinations. Would be recommend to anyone looking to get up in the area for a convenient/comfortable stay. The Mahoney’s

Great location for relaxing family vacation

Beautiful views and very comfortable home with all the essentials for a week’s vacation for a family of 5 with 3 kids, ages 15-20. Great quiet area, that’s centrally located for many activities throughout the White Mountains or just relax for a quiet day in the house with plenty do.

Beautiful location, comfortable home

The place was perfect for our family of four for a week. We went hiking and exploring pretty much every day in the white mountains and ran out of time before running out of things to do. At the end of each day we could return to the house and enjoy the beautiful views from the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of restaurants close by (recommend red parka and white mountain cider co.).

Great stay in the White Mountains

The stay in Bartlett New Hamoshite was great. The Hospitakity app made the logistics easy for my stay and the house we rented was excellent. It had a perfect location and a beautiful view. The house was homey with great host notes on everything. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with anything we needed. Great stay!!
