Beautiful home, 3 bed/3 bath. located near Storyland, N.Conway. Dog friendly.

  • Welcome to the newly built, finished July 2019, Alpstrausse Lodge. When you enter this 3 bedroom 3 bath home you will immediately be in awe of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The home is located in quiet country setting but is only minutes to downtown North Conway and all of the area's attractions.

    The main level of the home features an open concept living space. A large living area with plenty of seating around the 50" tv, a beautifully appointed kitchen with maple cabinets, marble counter tops with seating for 6 as well as a dining area with seating for 6. The living room features comfortable seating for all to watch the big game or sit around and play your favorite games. The first of two bedrooms on this level features a Full-sized bed, bunk beds and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and also a walk-in closet. 2 full sized bathroom, one ensuite, round out the first floor. New wood fireplace added in 2021 and an amazing back yard with plenty of entertainment. Cross the bridge over the water-brook to gather around the outside fire pit. Play some horseshoes or our giant size Jenga set. You won’t want to leave this oasis.

    The second floor of the contains the large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk in closet, tv and a full sized ensuite bathroom. Outside of the master bedroom there is a look out area for you to view the beautiful open concept area below.

    As an added feature the garage has been transformed into a game room. Complete with a pool table, foosball and a tv!!!

    As mentioned earlier, the home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but is centrally located to all of the area attractions:

Perfect Place to Stay

The home was exactly as listed and was set up for our arrival. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. We had a great experience and enjoyed our vacation.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and my kids loved the pool table. The house was convenient to go to Mount Washington and Diana’s Baths.

We had a wonderful week! The house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and perfect for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient with lots of option to enjoy the outdoors and great views of the mountains and also many restarants nearby.

Conway and Storyland trip

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was great - clean, location, lots of space, had everything we needed. We were very close to Conway and StoryLand which was perfect. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would go back again!

Great house & Great Location

This is our second stay here and we love it! Perfect location for Storyland and everything downtown No Co has to offer. Homeowners are wonderful and very responsive.

North Conway 2023

The home was wonderful. It was very comfortable & near to downtown & also not far from the Jackson area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool table was a big hit. Thank you & would stay here again.

Great stay!

We had an excellent family vacation. The home was clean and in good condition. There was plenty of room for everyone and the games in the garage/outside were a nice addition. The location was great, close to so many things which is convenient with young children. The host Chris answered our questions and responded very quickly throughout our stay.

Awesome House

Very beautiful house in a great location. We were able to enjoy hiking Mt. Washington and renting Side-by-Sides in Gorham without too much of a drive. The fire pit area at the house was very nice and we lucked out that it wasn't buggy at all. Overall very nice property, would definitely rent again if in the area.

Wonderful house near North Conway

Wonderful house near North Conway. Host goes extra mile to include detailed information regarding the house and use of amenities. Also included little extras like hotel soaps and extra blankets. House was very clean and worked perfectly for our group to explore the area and visit storyland. Would recommend.

Birthday Party Blast

We booked this house to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect location: close to Conway/Bartlett and all of the winter activities one could want! The host was so incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend this home (and maybe I missed it in the listing, but the heated floors were divine!).

Visiting family and seeing foliage

We stayed at this house for almost 2 weeks, it had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room, bathrooms, games in the game room which included pool table. There’s an outside sitting area with a fire pit that was so nice as you walk over on a little bridge that crosses a stream, just beautiful. We had a bad storm one night, lost electricity, Chris was very fast to respond and keep us updated when the power would be back on. We would highly recommend this house for your stay.

NH Getaway

Stayed here for 4 nights in August. The home was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The home is located a few minutes drive from North Conway and it was an easy drive to other locations such as Franconia Notch, Mt. Washington and the Kancamagus. We explored the area each day, and there were plenty of dining options near by to grab something before relaxing at the house each night. The pool table and foosball was also good for some nightly competition!

Comfortable House in the Woods

My family and my brother’s family each with our adult daughters had a great time over Labor Day weekend. This house was as described and very close to everything! We had quick access to hiking trails along with shopping and dining in downtown North Conway. We all enjoyed the fire pit across the bridge over the little stream in backyard. It was all very peaceful and relaxing. If ever coming to area again, would definitely book again!

The gem of Intervale NH

The perfect home for my family to stay while in NH. Lots of windows which I love. All updated appliances. Bedrooms and bathrooms all gorgeous. Didn’t use the backyard but looked lovely. Went to Storyland over the weekend with my grandkids. Easy quick ride. Enjoyed dinner at the local restaurants which were excellent. Will stay here again.

Excellent rental and location

Many thanks to Chris for providing everything we need to have an enjoyable vacation. Property is in a quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything the valley has to offer. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. All questions we had were promptly answered by Chris, and arrangements and check in could not have been easier. Thanks again Chris. A great place to stay

This lovely home in Intervale is obviously fairly new and well maintained. All amenities were as promised, and the location was close enough to North Conway to be able to easily access restaurants and shops there. The home was a comfortable place to relax after a day of hiking and touring. We chose to sample local restaurants and not cook our own meals, but guests should be aware that they should bring their own Keurig pods for that first cup of coffee in the morning and that there is an extra fee for trash disposal if they cannot take it with them. The firepit area is lovely, and the game room in the garage is a nice place for indoor amusement. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is exactly as described. There isn’t much more I can say that hasn’t already been written. Everything you could possibly need is inside the house. The beds are soooo comfy and having the bedrooms en-suite is a must for us. Would love to stay again !

Location location location

The house was amazing the size was perfect for my family and super clean. We had contact Chris about one small issue and he immediately got back to me and fixed the issue very quickly and that impressed me. The house was very close to everything that we had planned on visiting in the North Conway area . I would totally rent again
