We needed a place to sleep for an out-of-town wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet with ample parking.We loved the location, the view, the property in general. We wished we'd had more time to enjoy the place.Jeff communicated everything clearly and was always prompt and courteous in his reponses.We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful place. Very clean, well furnished, great views of the pond. The location was perfectly placed to visit many places in the area without being caught up in the hustle and bustle of the city. We would very much like to stay here again and recommend it to others for consideration.

Great place to stay
Everything was just as listed. The back deck is really nice and we had a good time watching storms come in. Very impressed with the blinds built into the door/windows. Also the outdoor spaces were free of any pests and/or webs so that was really nice. Communication with the property owner was easy and seamless. Would come again and would recommend!

Perfect fit!
My husband is building a home in the nearby town of Grawn. He had the option to stay for free with his entire crew at the builders home. He likes his down time do I found this place and booked the week! My husband loved it! It was the perfect size for him and fit all his needs! He was able to cook and do all his laundry-which I really appreciated him not bringing me home a suitcase full of dirty clothes! He is back again this week and we will probably book one more week after-total of 4 weeks!Jeff was quick to communicate and he refunded the cleaning fee when I added additional days-so I only had one cleaning fee!Great location. Clean. Pics are exactly what you get!

Very nice
Property just as described. Easy in (no real steps). We were biking on trails in the area so very convenient. The view from the deck is very relaxing and our deck felt nice and private. We agree with an earlier review that the on and off the highway section of the entrance could use some work - very bumpy! We would stay here again.

Fantastic stay at a great property
The property was as advertised and better! Very clean property in a great location, communication from the property owner was great, and instructions were well laid out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Traverse City area.

Perfect “Home Base” for the Week
We were out and about from roughly 10A-8 or 9P each day, so this was a great “home base.” Super clean, well-appointed, loved Netflix! The sleeper sofa, like 99% of them, great sofa, awful sleeper (crazy noisy and very uncomfortable). Bed in bedroom was great. Road noise no big deal to us—we’ve stayed on 31 before. A fire pit by the lake would be nice…but we will definitely return (with an air mattress!)
