The unit matched the listing photos & had a modern, functional layout. Location was very convenient, about 10 to 15 mins from local attractions. The hot tub on the deck was a huge plus! it was especially enjoyable to use in the middle of winter. I am generally a light sleeper, and I slept well in the end unit, as my bedroom was not adjacent to any other unit; I cannot speak to the noise levels in other units. Some daytime apartment-style noise was noticeable, though it was generally quiet during the off-season and especially at night; I cannot speak to summer or peak season. Bold art is accurately shown in photos, though seeing it in the space can feel different than in images.The host demonstrated some flexibility regarding extending a stay during the recent, significant winter storm, offering the option to either stay in the unit if it didn’t book or move to another unit. I opted to check out early. Communication was transactional rather than personal, but check-in / check-out were straightforward.A handful of items are showing wear and could benefit from updates (washcloths, towels and some furniture squeaks). These are not major issues and did not impact the overall experience. Overall, this rental met expectations, and I would give it 5 starts. The location, modern layout, and especially the hot tub made for a very enjoyable stay, and it’s a great option for anyone looking to spend time exploring the area while still having a comfortable base.
