Designed with families and groups in mind, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two luxurious king bedrooms provide peaceful retreats after a full day of adventure, while the third bedroom features two twin beds that are perfect for kids or friends. For additional sleeping space, the comfortable queen sleeper sofa makes it easy to accommodate everyone.



Inside, you'll find welcoming spaces that make it easy to slow down and enjoy each other's company. Gather around the dining table for meals and conversation, sink into the comfortable living room for a movie night, or start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee as sunlight fills the home. Guest Access:

The garage is not for guest use at this time.



Parking includes onsite driveway parking with a maximum of 4 cars.



Please note that the home has 2 exterior security cameras. 1.) On the front porch looking down the driveway. 2.) On the back porch looking out into the backyard.

Just minutes from the Interlochen Center for the Arts, you'll also be close to Duck Lake and Green Lake for boating, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Explore nearby hiking trails, local wineries, charming shops, and downtown Traverse City's restaurants and waterfront. For a memorable day trip, the breathtaking Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is just a scenic drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Nestled Ducks does not have a dishwasher, making it the perfect place for those who appreciate the classic "you wash, I'll dry" tradition. It's a simple way to slow down, share a few laughs, and enjoy a little extra time together after a great meal.



This property is NOT pet friendly.



Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



Additional high chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is one of each at the property for you to utilize.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
