When you first enter, it looks like you have to take the stairs, but there is an elevator if you have big luggage.
Check-in starts at 3, but when I arrived, I was greeted by nobody, then the housekeeper showed up and was unable to check me in. After I returned, the gentleman that helped me was very nice and friendly. The room was standard, tiny "bathroom", but the sink was just next to the bed which was odd. The towels were like hand towels. They gave me a room with a balcony which was nice, however it's connected to the room next door so that was a safety concern. There was no "do not disturb" knocker or an extra safety lock on the door so I felt uneasy about that. No breakfast, but they did have a coffee machine in the lobby, and one in the room. And no fridge in the room either.
