"Came to Redding to visit with family. This space was delightfully decorated, super clean, and organized in a manner that was well thought out. Everything I needed in one spot. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, AND a sound machine-what a life saver for this white noise addicted sleeper. So many great restaurants close by, as well. Finally, the host provided all relevant info before I even asked for it. Very welcoming and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when visiting!!"

"Charming, thoughtfully appointed large studio with artful farmhouse decor. Well stocked kitchen, nice water pressure in shower. Very responsive owner. Easy check-in. One piece of advice: if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs to block out night noises, including refrigerator (ice maker?), train whistles, and early morning traffic. "My mother stayed here while in town for a wedding and loved it. It was super cute and she loved the little patio. "

"The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. We were able to make a meal in the nice kitchen which had all the plates, utensils and pans needed. It DID NOT smell like cigarettes smoke or mildew like some hotel or other places do. I would stay here again if we come to Chico."
