"Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Hosts were incredibly thoughtful (my 10 year old even made friends with their super cool adult son who was home for Easter). Cottage was new, clean, and very well stocked. Hot tub was a nice touch and host took the time to walk my son through setting up the Bluetooth speakers. We even took advantage of their fire pit in the private patio area. Already looking forward to our next stay!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Bigfoot Lodging Cottage #2 It’s a very authentic cabin in the woods experience. The original vintage wood interior and squeaky wood floors added a lot to the ambiance. Plenty of outdoor space for grilling steaks or making campfire s’mores. The grounds are fun and funky with lots of interesting things to see including a pond and creek. The family that runs it is warm and accommodating with a small store that sells drinks and snacks. "Great stay in Redding! Off the beaten path but still convenient to freeways. Good amenities and very up-to-date fixtures and styling in the cottage. Excellent institutions and overall communication with host. Definitely 5 stars!"
