"I love beautiful old buildings, and this was one of them. The grounds were beautiful. The staff were very polite. The breakfast was very nice. All in all my partner and i had a wonderful time, and will definitely be booking the same place again next year. "

"Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front.
