"Utopia villa is truly a utopia. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in nature. The cottage had everything we needed. It was so nice, we didn’t leave the place for our entire stay. Loved every moment. Maryam and Shahrzad were both very responsive and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Thanks for being such great hosts. Would highly recommend this place."

"The place(s) were absolutely trashed and disgusting. The photos listed in the advertisement were not accurate. The place was not cleaned whatsoever and had been people squatting there prior to.The property manager was rude and aggressive when discussing the situation upon arrival.
