"The property was dirty. Broom clean, but not clean, clean. The fan above the stove was really gross and had cobwebs, the broiler drawer on the oven had mouse poop in it, and the air conditioner in the second bedroom was also filthy."

"This was a great place to stay especially after hiking Acadia. We used washer and dryer multiple times. Great kitchen space, we used for Breakfast and Lunch. We also slept well, the beds were comfortable and cozy. Showers worked great, just bring your own toiletries. Living room was relaxing as all the chairs reclined and tv worked seamless. I would highly recommend this location for its proximity, cleanliness and it was super quiet!"

"location was easy to find, quick check in. Washer, dryer, coffee machine, microwave, hand soap, trash bag, paper towel, tissue, internet. board games - available... Only thing I'd say, we were staying 6 for 1 night but only 5 towels were there with 10+ napkins. Body wash, shampoo are not there, I brought mine, so was not an issue. checking time is 10am and extension for late check out charged by cleaning company as per my conversation with property management. Seems like property management and...

"This villa was convenient for our Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park vacation. It was comfortable and had many amenities. The ceiling fans in the bedroom were much appreciated. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. "

"Driving directions to the unit is perfect, the unit itself is very clean and new. The host is easy to get a hold of if we have any questions. I definitely will come back again"

"Very poor communication from the host. I asked him several questions about toiletries and trash over several days and did not respond, only after we had asked a neighbor about where the trash can was did he finally respond - and only to my message about where the dumpster was. There was NO shampoo or body wash and we had to get that on our own. Also no checkout instructions. Place was nice, just very poor communication from the host."
