The communication with the property managers was excellent. The location is excellent. But….the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom were horrible. During the day, the temp in the master bedroom would only go to 80 degrees as the coolest. And the bathroom was 85. It did cool down at night, but the bathroom was always warm. And….the bathroom had hundreds of small bugs after the first night, including in a toothbrush and hair brush. The property managers were very responsive and came and cleaned them, sprayed, and left a small vacuum they purchased, but we had to vacuum each day. And every evening there were live bugs in the shower. We also went to use the TV stand cabinet to store some clothes for someone who slept on the couch in the main level living room, and there were two articles of clothing including panties….that were used. There were also several areas of large cobwebs throughout the house, which the people cleaned when they came to clean the bugs the first night. We grew up coming to the Hill country, so we understand there will be bugs. But, we do not expect to pay this much for a house and have the upstairs temperature be 80 during the summertime, and continuously have bugs in the bathroom. The property managers were very communicative and responsive, but they need to figure out the upstairs bug and temperature situation. And they definitely need to have their cleaning people do much better.
