Perfect cozy getaway in the Hill Country

This place is perfect for a romantic getaway! The cabin is so nicely furnished and was super easy for check in/check out. The kitchen had plenty of room for us to bring some snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and felt like we had plenty of privacy and quiet. The pool area is nicely updated and would be so relaxing when the warm weather gets here. I loved being close to Kerrville when we wanted to go out for a nice dinner, but the location was exactly what I wanted for a weekend to just relax and get away from the world. Highly recommend!

Turn-Key Simplicity

This property owner made the entire process as simple as could be, and it over delivered in every respect. Everything is within walking distance from the pond to the trails to the pool. They’ve taken steps to ensure privacy for each visitor, and everything was completely headache free. We’ll very likely be back!

Perfect well thought out

We wanted a relaxing get away, and this place did not disappoint, impeccably clean, comfy bed top notch sheets, our little cabin had a private hot tub and a swimming pool just up the hill, our half kitchen was stocked utensils, plates and glassware, all the knives one might need, we prepped a few meals for easy cooking brought our own hot plate but discovered one was in the cabinet. Also a gas grill and a fire pit. There are beautiful nature trails to walk if you like, and kayaks , but we sat mostly on the porch and read and reveled in the quiet. This getaway is so well thought out and clean and very well kept up, Jeremy was quick to answer any questions we had. They have several glamping tents on the property that look amazing , we plan on staying in one this fall, this is just an amazing getaway place and best of all we get to take our beloved dog with us.

Cool Get-away for Two

We were looking for a few days away from the heat. Casita Juanita was perfect ... everything inside fresh and clean ... relaxing. The furnishings and all the wonderful windows ... bright and cheerful! The pool became a nightly routine for us to escape the heat of the day and relax. After pool time, a glass of wine on the porch and then a comfy bed. A top notch country place and just what we were hoping for!

We loved Casita Juanita! From the front porch views of deer and other wildlife at play, to the comfortable bed and perfect little kitchenette, we felt so well taken care of, and rested. Just minutes from the main road to Kerrville and to Hunt, this is the perfect place to settle in no matter what your trip holds. Thank you!

Perfect Spot

Perfect spot to relax and have fun. Lake was great to kayak and paddle board. Great access to the the river. We loved the super cute and clean little cabin which was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials including K-cups, sugar, cream, and even condiments. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great property and location

We had a great time in Casita Juanita. The casita is small, but had everything we needed and was great for the two of us and our dog. Enjoyed the area around the cabin and even saw some baby armadillos!

Great up to date cozy cabin.

Loved casita Juanita. It was clean and fresh. The property itself was beautiful. Thought it would be a bit more secluded than it was with the road and other cabins being in such close proximity. Lake access with kayaks and paddle boards was a nice touch. River access was fabulous!

We had a great stay at Casita Juanita - the bed was so comfy, the porch and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and I loved the all the extras (the coffee/creamers were great and the blow dryer was awesome!) We really enjoyed our weekend getaway and we're looking forward to visiting again when the glamping tents are finished!

Fantastic little cabin!!

We stayed at Casita Juanita for a long getaway weekend. From the time we arrived until the time we left, everything was fantastic! The cabin is so cute and has everything you need for a little vacation. The king bed is so comfortable and the hot tub is amazing! The front porch is so relaxing with beautiful views. Check in was so easy and Jeremy and his wife were great with communication to us. We would love to come back and stay here again! I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!!

The perfect place!

If we could rate our stay. 1 out of 10 … we would give our experience a 11! It absolutely exceeded out expectations. The cabin was quaint, intimate and romantic… it was perfect for our valentines getaway! The cabin was super clean and we loved the decor. The bed was super comfy and they had everything that we needed away from home. The grill and fire pit was great for our cookout and kept us warm but the highlight was the jacuzzi… it was the perfect temp for the cold weather. Although you feel like your far off in the woods like we wanted, everything is super close to drive to. We can’t wait to visit again and we will definitely stay at Casita Cabin again!
