"The B&B was amazing We stayed in the annexe which was like home from home Extremely well equipped and furnished to a very very high standard with everything and more than you could hope for The breakfast was very tasty 5 stars and more for the Hill If you are visiting the high force waterfalls like we did I would highly encourage and recommend that you stay at the Hill B&B "

"Food , drink and staff were really good. Room was very clean but very noisy could here people in next room even their conversation and our room was at the front so constant traffic noise , lots of lorry’s going by. The double bed in our room (4) was very uncomfortable could feel the springs so not much sleep. Breakfast was interesting bought to your room in a basket ! "

"It’s so hard to find the quintessential English pub these days but the shoulder of mutton hits the spot. The food was home cooked and great, not prepackaged Pub was clean, no damp or mould The view from the beer garden was amazing overlooking the valley The room was Pub basic but clean and not mouldy. Price point was spot on Publican and chef fantastic Highly recommend"

"The place was very popular with locals so parking was a bit awkward, we arrived after 6pm and there wasn’t much room to park. Maybe one criticism would be there isn’t reserve parking for staying guests and after travelling 140 odd miles and to be faced with hunting a parking space was as I said a little awkward. But that shouldn’t take away from what was a nice place to visit great food and a generous breakfast, clean room comfy bed."

"Really lovely quaint hotel! Staff are amazing and go above and beyond!! Thank you to Laura, Paul and the wonderful chef!! Please note, this is a very old building and doesn’t have all the mod cons of a modern property. Bed linen and towels were lovely and clean. There is tea and coffee in the room and you may request additional items if you need them. Beer garden is amazing with lovely views. There are TVs to watch sport. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are stairs up to...
