"Cozy, clean and quiet. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Clear sandy bottom and shallow along the shoreline. We enjoyed kayaking and even caught a few sunnies! We made most of our meals at the cabin but did venture out to Riley's Cannibal Junction for a couple of awesome burgers and a quick stop at Hayslips Corner just down the road. "Very well taken care of cabin in an extremely relaxing setting. It was very clean, despite having neighbors a couple hundred yards away, felt very private. The Loons & Frogs are the only sounds around sunrise and sunset, with a pair of eagles talking to each other as they fished. Would highly recommend for a place to paddle and decompress. "

"The tent cabin is really cute and was comfortable for a family of four. We used the sauna and also rented the boat for a couple of days. It is on the steep driveway, which isn’t a problem for us since our car is four-wheel-drive, but you will want to avoid driving to the bottom if you have a 2 Wheel Dr. car. Be aware that the lakefront is not swimmable because of high vegetation, but the lake itself is beautiful and great to take a boat on. Close to Grand Rapids and many other activities. "

"House was clean and well appointed and has a bunch of games and tv. Has multiple spots for fire pits. Great layout for 2 families with kids. Lake is super clear and big and great for swimming, pulling a tube, or water skiing. Rented very nice boat from owner. We had a great time and would return!"

"We had a fantastic long weekend at the cabin! Joe was a responsive and helpful host—communication was smooth from start to finish. The cabin itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (and more).We brought our boat along and had no trouble launching it, thanks to the nearby public access. The lake was perfect for fishing, and on the hotter days, we really enjoyed swimming and floating right off the dock. The kids especially loved using the kayaks...
