For the last couple of years we've combined three families in one house for a vacation to relax and spend time together. We did have fun at this house but there were a couple things about this house that we felt need to be tended to. The pool is great, we had so much fun in it and was great during the hot weather. The hot tub has some very rough edges on it. We had 3 people scratch the back of their legs getting into the hot tub because of the rocks. We were also a little surprised at the cleanliness of the house. Some things we noticed were very dirty baseboards, window sills and floors and cobb webs in the corners. The niche above the front door very visibly had a lot of dust/dirt on it. Two of the duvet inserts used also had major stains on them. It would have been nice to have bath mats so getting out of the shower didn't leave the floors soo wet and a mess. The kitchen has very basic kitchen needs. We found great pizzas at WinCo but we had no ability at the house to cook them and noticed no pizza cutter also. I will state that there is plenty of silverware, we had 10 people at the house and didn't run out of silverware or dishes. The casita is a nice touch, however, the door does not stay locked. We had multiple people check it when it was locked and by the time we got home the door was unlocked. I would like to say again that overall we had fun, however, unless there was a little TLC given to this house we would not rent it again.
