Host was responsive for when questions arose. The house was very clean and nice. Pool and outdoor area was awesome. My kids loved the pool. Dylan has the best heating rate in the area from my research too! We would definitely come back!

Dylan is a wonderful host. He communicated with us very well and we got to check-in early which was really nice considering we have 3 boys under 10 with us. My kids loved the pool. The bunk beds made the place feel a little more like home. The house was nice, the neighborhood is nice. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family of four. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The outdoor space was a huge highlight for our kids — relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the pool made our stay feel extra special. Dylan was attentive, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Overall, it was the perfect place for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Pool was great, grand kids love it! Dylan was quick to respond with any questions we had. It's nice not having anyone behind the property but there is a small airport that's wasn't real active. Would consider this property again.

Great spot

Nice property in a great location for seeing the Palm Springs area. Enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard and very little noise from the adjacent airport. Recommended!

Great stay!

What a great place! Super clean and beautiful house, great amenities, and everything we wanted and more.We heard a bit of traffic from the adjacent freeway, train, and airport, however this is no fault of the property or the host. In fact, Dylan was one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered with Vrbo stays - super helpful before, during, and after our stay and very responsive.

Great host, amazing communication, quick responses. Wish we had more time in the pool with the kids. House was cool when we arrived and provided ice which was a nice touch since it was so hot this past weekend. My husband and I appreciated the early check in and late check out :)

Great base for tennis tourney with friends

This home is amazing and Dylan is an amazing host! Helped us out so much. The pool was the biggest hit with all 4 of my kids. Paid the extra to heat it up during our stay and worth every penny! The kids loved it. Would book this home again when in the area.

Girls getaway

The place was great. Super clean. Had everything we needed. Well taken care of. Check in was easy and we were able to check in early and enjoy extra time around the pool. Host was easy to work with and communicative. The only negative is that it is right next to the airport; but we didn’t mind it.

Newly remodeled with nice amenities

The house was newly remodeled- big closet, nice pool and spa. Big backyard with a fire pit. I come to Palm Desert often and will stay here again. Host was very nice.

Lax Tournament

Spent 3 great nights. Super clean and modern. Beds very comfortable. 12 minutes by car to the tournament venue (same as Coachella). Will definitely stay again if out in Indio!

Great stay!

Good central location with easy access to all areas. Airport noise not an issue at all and was cool to see a few helicopters land. We had a couple of minor issues but Dylan was very responsive and handled it appropriately. Cold plunge tub was great especially with the heat wave during our stay. Would stay again.

GREAT PLACE GREAT STAY

Place was perfect for our needs and should be on everyones radar. Close to Freeway and lots of golf courses. Dylan was great communicating with us about check-in/out process, Spa, Cold Plunge, and local places. Would absolutely visit this house again. Thanks

Perfect Desert Palace

Fantastic base for a visit to Palm Desert / Palm Springs, impeccably clean and exactly as advertised. Well set up for a short or long stay, with all the comforts of home including the sparkling-clean pool and hot tub. Communicative host. No issues at all from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when we return to Palm Desert.
