Our family LOVED staying here! Everything was just as described. The home is lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessary everything! The pool area is perfect. Our two teenagers loved spending any down time in the pool or laying in the sun.

This was a great house to rent. The pool was wonderful. I appreciated the baby steps in and out of the pool. The shrubbery lining the fence by the street filled out nicely. More privacy on that side. The house was nicely supplied with what we needed for the week.

Amazing hosts, the most accommodating I have ever dealt with. They were super flexible with our check in and out with our travel schedule. The house is very comfortable. Great pool and hot tub. Well organized kitchen. Comfortable beds….we will be back!

Great place!

The hosts, Hardy and Suzanne, are magnificent. You couldn’t find better. A few things needed fixing, small stuff like pull for window shade , as well as big thing… like replacement piece in heater. They were on it immediately with no lagging. The neighborhood is great too, calm and peaceful. Beautiful scenery in backyard includes mountains and golf course. We stayed 3 months and loved it. Regular caretakers coming by to clean, do yard and pool, was appreciated.

Beautifully decorated home - wonderful hosts!

My family & I had a very nice stay in this home! The home owners have done a nice job decorating the house - it’s very open and inviting. The beds were super comfortable & the house was very clean. The location of the home makes you feel secure & it’s convenient to all things Indio. Thank you Hardy for your prompt responses to my ((many)) messages. We hope to stay here again when in town for the DIHP.

Beautiful Home

Nicely decorated, clean, & well stocked kitchen tools. Super nice and attentive owners. The pool is not very private, but it’s at the end of a cul de sac, so not too many people around. Will be perfect once trees grow in!

Perfect getaway

This property was the perfect house for our spring break getaway. We spent most of the time poolside as the weather was beautiful. It’s on a golf course, but still very quiet and fairly private because it’s tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet but active (and secure) neighborhood. We loved the modern vibe and decor of the house; it must’ve been just recently updated because everything was in pristine condition. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable (I’d love to know where I can buy those sheets), and there were many extras provided like pool mattresses/floats and umbrellas for shade. It was spacious and impeccably clean (which I’m very picky about) and the kitchen had everything we needed for our meals at the house. The location was great; close to Palm Springs airport, El Paseo shopping district, an easy drive to Joshua Tree National Park, and a wonderful view of the mountains from the pool and master bedroom. Lastly, the owners were very responsive when we needed to reach them and were very clear with all the information we needed to make our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable.

Immaculately clean and very safe neighborhood

I got away for a long weekend with my dog to Suzanne and Hardy’s place in Indio. During the booking process they were very responsive and couldn’t have done more to assist me. When I arrived (and they kindly let me check in early), getting through the 24/7 manned security gate was easy - just show a code you’ll be sent in advance, and the house is about a half mile into the complex. The house is entered by pressing a code you’ll also be sent beforehand., When I got in it honestly felt like I was the first guest to have stayed. Everything is immaculate and feels like brand new. They’ve done an awesome job inside. The kitchen and lounge area is all open plan - great if you’re a group and the appliances are spotless. The bedrooms are a great size, especially the master and the bed is really comfortable, with excellent pillows (important to me!). The outside faces a golf course but is very private with just a few golf cart buggy’s coming past. The golfers here are all very friendly and wave if they see you. Onto the pool - excellent size - perfect for playing around in and it was kept at a very reasonable 84 degrees. The hot tub is super impressive and gets to 104 in just a few mins when you press the spa button on the control screen pad outside. Faultless basically. There’s also plenty of outdoor space to use with seating, loungers and garden space if you have kids that want to play. Check out was also easy with no difficulties at all. I would, and will 100% return to Suzanne and Hardy’s house here. You really can’t go wrong.

cleanest property ever stayed in

Beautifully redone home in a gated community. It's obvious that the amount of time and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The kitchen is very organized with everything anyone would need. The backyard is where we stayed most of our stay. Our pup was most happy watching all the ducks on the golf course, and walks around the neighborhood were peaceful. Not a place to stay if you are not quiet and respectful. We will definitely return! Suzanne and Hardy were very communicative during our stay. Thank you!

Perfect family vacation home in the desert

Another great family vacation in the desert. We come here every year and this will be our new go to place. The house had everything we needed so we never left. The backyard was the highlight...the kids played all day in the pool and the adults lounged around. So relaxing! Hardy was great from booking to check-out. See you next year.

Absolutely paradise, greater renters too!

Beautiful home that the owners look to have just redone. Love the location on the golf course and with a lakeview to boot. The area is very quiet and serene and just made for a really peaceful stay. This is one of the nicest houses I have visited in this area and we will definitely come back, especially with such nice and responsive owners, Hardy and Suzanne were super easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my questions before and during my stay.

Great family stay!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home when our place was under renovation. We all had a great time using the pool, and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We loved the large back yard with a great view of the golf course, including the ducks playing. Easy check in/out and responsive hosts.
