Guests have full access to the 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home with a private pool and access to lifestyle center.

Life center has a restaurant, tennis/ pickleball courts, gym and community pools.

Trash day is Monday morning, if you don’t mind rolling out the bins to the curb Sunday night and back into the garage after the trash has been picked up Monday afternoon

You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
