This house was amazing! The layout, the awesome pool and yard, and the best part was the game room in the garage. We couldn’t get our grandkids out of it. Vacanza Stays was the best management company we have ever dealt with. Immediate responses to all text and email questions. We do a Susdorf family biannual Thanksgiving trip and we Will definitely rent this home again. Thank You Vacanza Stays!!

Nice but needs attention

The house is lovely but worn. You can tell it has been used often. It needs a new paint job, a run through of the house to replace old and broken items like the toilet lid, no ping pong balls to play with, cornhole bags were ripped and not enough to play with, kitchen lacked a lot of common utensils and tools etc. The TVs in most rooms didn’t work either. Again a nice home and large enough but it needs attention.

Perfect for families

Great property and amenities. One hiccup was that we paid for early check in and the night before our arrival date, they refunded the early check-in and said we no longer could come in early. We had to change a lot of our day plans since we no longer could get into the house at noon.

Amazing stay

Convenient for large groups

Great house for my bachelor party. House easily accommodated our group and the pool and game tables were great to have! House is very centrally located to town and some fantastic golf courses.

Great property but not well kept.

This was a beautiful home located in a secure community. Great accommodations however there were a few things that didn't meet our standards. Home was not clean upon arrival. There was alot of dust and dirt everywhere including floors, rugs and blinds. Kitchen cookware was dirty and unusable. They looked like they were used and put back without washing. There was stains on them. The paper towels and toilet paper quality was very cheap. I recommend you bring your own. The throw blanket in the master bedroom had hair and glass looking objects stuck in it. Overall inside looked like it was never cleaned. Shower heads in all bathrooms were heavily calcified and there was hardly any water pressure because of it. For the amount of people this home was accommodated for, it lacked normal sized shampoos/conditioners. They were mini hotel sized ones (1oz) bottles. There were broken blinds, light fixtures, missing door latch and just poorly maintained. We were looking forward to having game night outside but we were not able to do so because of how dirty and unusable the pool table and ping pong tables were. They were not clean and ready to be used. The barbeque grill required cleaning before use The pool was dirty with a lot of debri which meant it wasn't cleaned or maintained before our arrival. The daybed was so dirty that we couldn't use it either. It had a heavy layer of dirt/dust with stains on it. Which meant it wasn't washed and ready either. There was a problem with the jacuzzi. It kept draining and re filling. We called maintenance twice and they came out twice but still weren't able to fix it. It was still draining until it was time for us to leave. Overall, it's spacious and has nice surroundings but it should be better kept. Specially for the price it's being charge for.

Palm Desert Spring Break

A huge, well-kept house with beds to sleep up to 18. The yard is big enough for many sunbathers! Closed to convenient shopping, grocery stores, and coffee shops.

Fantastic Property

Great & very spacious house & back yard. They had pool, ping pong & they brought us a new bean bag game because the old one seemed to have disappeared. Very responsive hosts - they seem to have a crew if you need anything. The pool & the backyard were unbelievable & the kids used it almost every day. The gated community where the house is located is also appealing. We were close to shopping & not far from the main highway. Overall this is a WINNER of a property.

Great place for groups

Stayed here with a group of 10 for a golf trip, house was well located for golf courses and well set up to entertain a large group. A saw comments on things like the pool table being worn down outside, yes that it is true but nothing we had any issue with. Pool table and ping pong worked fine for us. Bring spices if you plan to cook, there are none in the house. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property, but a few problems

We gathered to celebrate a 60th bday with 10 family members. The property is great. Love the layout, the size and the decor. Perfect setup for our needs. A few noticeable problems: hot water heater was inoperable and prohibited us from doing dishes or taking showers for the first 24 hours. The ping pong table didn’t have working paddles or balls. The Bar refrigerator has a broken ice maker. And there’s a noticeable leak in the pool plumbing outside the master bedroom door. That said, the staff and tech folks did respond quickly and often as we tried to remedy these issues. As the host of our gathering it was embarrassing to not have hot water for so long, the other issues weren’t as noticeable, but the cumulation of all of these things definitely put a damper on our experience.

Nice House!

We rented this house for a week over Thanksgiving, a perfect spot to enjoy the warm weather. We had 6 adults, 4 kids (13, 11, 10, 8) and the house provide just the right amount of space/beds for all of us. The pool controls are not easy to decipher and seem a bit old. They system would alternate between heating and not heating either the pool or hot tub. Consider updating the controls or leaving more specific details. The house is all tile/hardwood floors, but the house had NO broom or sweeper of any kind. It did have a vacuum, but who vacuum's tile? Staying for a week, the house needs an easy way to clean/sweep up the floors! Overall, this house was very nice with a pool that kept our kids entertained for hours!

Need updating

Property was really nice but kept very dirty. Everything was broken down and not kept well. It was very disappointing and draining to have to clean everything. My family was overwhelmed and annoyed by the process. Never coming back to this location.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with girlfriends

This home totally served it’s purpose of being a nice and spacious setting for a group of girls celebrating a bachelorette party in the desert. The home was very clean, the management team and staff were incredibly responsive to any and all questions I had before and during our stay, both the check-in and check-out and clean-up instructions were simple and straightforward. The home is in a nice gated community so it felt safe and private. It is also located close enough to grocery stores and a few shopping centers. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful inside and out. Our family really enjoyed our visit. I would highly recommend it! Here is my list of pros and cons for anyone considering this property: PROS - The inside was exceptionally clean! - Property owners were very responsive over text when we needed help finding things upon arrival. - Very comfortable beds and pillows - Lots of extra blankets - Beautiful kitchen with starter supplies provided - Safe, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood - Gorgeous style with lots of space - Pool/spa were clean and functioning properly - Outdoor lighting provided a nice and relaxing ambiance - Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, including separate towels for the pool area - Garage door openers were provided if you wanted to use them. - Refrigerator was top of the line - Loved the cozy outdoor daybed gazebo for relaxing at the end of the day. - Beautiful flowers surrounding the pool area. - Hammock was comfy! - Room darkening shades and blinds allowed us to sleep in. - Fans in the bedrooms CONS - Some of the backyard games shown in the photos were either worn or broken/unusable. - No hot water inside the house. At best, it was lukewarm, which made for very uncomfortable showers. I didn't report this since I just assumed it was to keep cost down. All in all, this house was so beautiful and perfect for our size family. I would come back!

Pool was great!

Pretty much as advertised. Property management was responsive, but could do a better job, e.g., maintenance checklist: Hammock was broken beyond repair, no ping pong equipment, vacuum cleaner broken (replaced), outside fans not operating correctly, only a keurig and French press coffee maker for 8 coffee drinkers. We had a great time, but frustrating to arrive with issues above.

Desert Delight

This was a family vacation for 10 of us - grandparents, kids and grandchildren. The home offered us enough bedrooms to give everyone space, and the pool and spa were a daily delight. Activities in the yard for the kids were ideal and our interactions with the property manager were quickly dealt with. I can highly recommend this home for your next getaway. It was convenient to shopping, golf and fun activities in the desert.
