The house is clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well appointed and the app that controls the hot tub was a big plus - we could set the temp ourselves and the water features. We also loved the outdoor fireplace. Beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The neighborhood was safe and clean and had great walking options with water features throughout the community. The community’s gated and you must show your identification every time you enter. 95% of the time you wait less than a couple minutes but during high commute time you could wait 15 minutes to enter as everyone is checked. Just something to be aware of. Again, we felt very safe. There’s some normal wear tear in the house - shutters (window treatments) have broken slots that you have to manually close. Again, nothing that impacted our stay or desire to come back. Would rent here again as we had a lovely time and everything was super comfortable and clean.

The house is very nice with large rooms , an excellent kitchen and bathrooms. A pleasant place to spend a week. The pool and hot tub are great after a day of sightseeing. The host was very quick to fix any problems we brought to his attention.

Beautiful house in a nice location!

We had a lovely five night stay at this beautiful property. The house is located in a secure guard gated community and is very quiet. The furniture, bedding, TV’s, arcade game, kitchen, and backyard area were all fantastic. The property manager was extremely responsive to a couple of minor issues we had. We would have given this a full five stars rather than four if it wasn’t for the pool heating problems we encountered. They sent people out a few times to try to fix things but unfortunately we only had a heated pool for a few hours. I’m sure they will get this corrected for future guest stays.

Nice Getaway!

We rented this property for spring break with our 3 daughters. They LOVED it! Spacious home. Comfortable and was exactly as described. My only issue was the communication with the property manager. I had to follow up quite a bit on requests (TV in living room coming on by itself constantly, how to get pool light on, & adding an additional night to our stay) and never heard back half of the time. Otherwise, great property! Our kids want to come back again :)

great property!

The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and neat with lots of extra amenities like toiletries and kitchen supplies included. The bedding and towels were simple and clean. The pool area is lovely, (the heat is an extra charge), and the property is very private. The security was intense and you must show id each time you enter the community. We would not hesitate to go back.

Overall our stay at this property was great. The house was very clean and spacious. We were there with kids ages 1, 2, 8, and 11 and they had a blast. The pool and spa were perfect for all age groups.

Great desert getaway

Such a lovely home to relax at with friends. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the pool and just hanging out! Only issue is you pay for the pool and spa heating but unfortunately the tub never got hot when the pool was super warm.

Great winter getaway

This house is very spacious and clean. The pool is great fun, as it is not too deep and we were able to control the temperature. The only issue was the master bed was broken during the process of the floors being recently redone, but the owner responded right away and fixed the issue the same day. Overall great place to stay.

Wonderful Weekend Retreat

Fantastic family friendly residence with everything one would need to enjoy a family getaway. The backyard (pool, spa, fireplace) were a big hit with the family as was the game room with my son. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stay at home type of getaway. I look forward to visiting again.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to and around the lake. Wonderful pool that our kids enjoyed every day. Udeshika was very helpful and responsive. We are looking forward to a return trip.

Perfect house for a getaway!

Communication with the owner and check in were a breeze. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The pool, hot tub, and backyard area were perfect. We found the area farther away from where we spent our time but the actual location was quiet and the walking paths were great. We would love to spend more time at this property.
