Kash was an exceptional host. He was communicative and helpful throughout our entire trip. The place is spotless and bigger than the photos show. The kitchen is fully stocked, the showers had great hot water, and the place even had a washer and dryer which came in handy during our travels. AC worked very well too. I highly recommend this place. It also has a 2 parking spots,(garage and driveway), which made this very comfortable for our group flying in and renting cars. Don't miss booking this place, it is worth it.

We had such a fantastic time at this cheery, comfortable vacation home. The hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive when we needed them. They left thoughtful touches to make our stay memorable and we couldn’t have asked for more comfort/ amenities to meet all of our needs and wants (including our two young kids’). We particularly enjoyed the private pool and hot tub, the pac-man and wide selection of board games, and the incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare great meals at home and the washer/ dryer came in handy at the end of our weeklong stay. Would definitely come back!
A surprise visitor! We loved seeing hummingbirds, ducks and road runner right in our backyard!
Very tasteful decor - visually interesting but not too imposing.

The host's are so responsive and helpful. The place was great! The beds and the couches are so comfy. We felt so relaxed and at home. The pool and jacuzzi was awesome!! We always felt so safe in the gated community. We definitely were able to relax and recharge there.

Family Friendly

This home was family friendly. Not only did we enjoy the pool we also enjoyed playing games as the home provided lots of them. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. Always making sure we were happy with our stay.

Perfect Desert Getaway!

We had a great time in this property! Clean, quiet with plenty of space along with a private pool. The host was great, answered all our questions and concerns. We were in town for a show at the local casino and this home was perfect. AC works great with comfy furniture. Highly recommend his home if your in the Indio area. Backyard was peaceful with nice views of the golf course as we relaxed in the pool! Will definitely be coming next time where in town.

Great stay

This property is absolutely beautiful. Meticulously maintained, great layout, comfortable furnishings and beds. Lots of games for our pre-teen/teens. Gated community with gorgeous views of the mountains really close to the polo grounds. Beautiful outdoor space with pool, hot tub, and fire pit, The owners are incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had q relatively short stay and they have thought of all the little things a family might need when staying just a couple of nights (ice, laundry detergent, coffee, basic spices for cooking, and even popcorn), Kashif responded almost immediately to every message and request. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return for longer next year

Christmas in Indio

We wanted to spend Christmas in a place where we could enjoy the beautiful Indio weather and this house did not disappoint. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool, spa, hammock, large picnic table for food and games and the great views from being on the golf course. The house was clean, the set up is great with the kitchen opening to the comfy couches and the large dinning table for family meals and game nights. It slept 7 comfortably and we never needed anything that wasn’t there for us. We had a surprise wedding proposal the night of check in and the hosts were happy to help accommodate our requests. We had a great experience and will be back! Thanks Kash for the seemleas trip!

Comfortable, quiet home

This was by far the best VRBO property I have ever stayed in. It was clean, quiet and safe. The location was very close to everything essential. The owner was so nice, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I will be staying here again when I need to be in town. If you're looking for a clean, nice place to stay, this is it. Don't hesitate to book this house.

Do your research then book this place!

We did a lot of research before booking our stay and decided on this place bc of the great reviews and responsiveness of host and we couldn’t have been happier! Beds were super comfy and furnishings made it feel like a luxury vacation. Host was extremely responsive throughout our stay and helped us make the most of our limited time. Pool was a nice place to escape the heat and relax. Gated neighborhood made us feel very safe and location on golf coarse was great. Only complaint is we wish we would have had more time to explore all of the community amenities and surrounding area.

Fantastic Hosts!

This condo is very comfortable with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. The hosts are a pleasure to work with! Beautiful bougainvillea just off the back patio. We loved using the pull-down faucet/sprayer in the kitchen sink --wish we had one just like it at our house!
