Family thanksgiving

The house had great amenities. Plenty of dishware, however the dishwasher didn’t work during our stay. Apparently this is going to get fixed and they compensated us monetarily for it. The toilet in the master bathroom also didn’t work. Other than that, the house was great. We had family over for thanksgiving, were able to bring the table from outside inside for plenty of seating. The pool heat was wonderful for the kids to go swimming at any time of day. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The rental company was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Stagecoach Weekend

This is an amazing spot for Stagecoach/ Coachella weekends if you are tired of waiting for a ride. This spot has easy access to walk to and from the grounds.

Indio Fun

The home is spacious, clean, quiet and has very comfortable amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable. the neighborhood is very quiet and it was a delightful get-away. Thank you.

Annual Family Vacay

A large beautiful home with plenty of amenities. The only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with more leftover containers…cooking for a large group we had to get creative when it came to storing leftovers! Had a ping pong table but no ping pong balls…a few other lawn games in the photos were not there, but not that big of a deal. Also, after a big rain dump the house had several leaks including a light fixture in the pantry, hallway ceiling and in one bedroom by the French doors which caused wet carpet. During the storm the stove also malfunctioned and started igniting by itself with the obvious smell of propane… it wouldn’t turn off so we eventually unplugged the thing…although the property management staff responded to our text notifications of the issues, they weren’t really full of apologies or suggestions when we couldn’t cook that night except to say a repair guy could come the next day(we were leaving the next morning). Overall, I would say this is a five star home as long as they get the leaks figured out for anyone who stays during a big storm(which is rare for the area). We would still recommend this home and would probably book it again!

peaceful and warm

Great layout indoors and out for our extended three generations. Just two very small things.....Wi-fi and internet were very unreliable, went out frequntly and you had to sign back in with a form every time.....minor annoyance, but irritating nonetheless. The televisions were a little obtuse to operate, and we had several tech-y millennials around to try to figure out the remotes. And we ran out of disposable paper products, paper towels and trash bags....seems like that should be part of the deal. Otherwise, great location andamenities. Very comfortable spot to hang out and reconnect. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely us Avantstay again!

Beautiful & Spacious!

Our annual long weekend getaway was a success! This home was exactly as pictured, perfect for our group of 12. Our favorite part was the pool of course and the privacy of the back yard was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time!

Wonderful experience. Super responsive. We had some trouble with the pool lights and the came out right away. I wish the outside pool areas had been cleaned up a bit more(dusty, needed to be washed down) but would definitely stay here again. Loved the pool corn hole and games. Bedding and towels were great and the kitchen well stocked.

Work Retreat

We came down for a few days with a large group for a work retreat. The place was great, a little far from the main drag, but super easy to access and we had a great time playing all the yard games and relaxing in the pool!

This house deserves a 5-star rating

I've rented many homes over many years going back to cyberrenals.com, to homeaway.com and now VRBO. This is one of the finest house I've rented. From the bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen and main living area, this house is top notch. It certainly had the most appointed kitchen I've used. I'm a cook and have all the cooking gadgets at home which make cooking easier. I found very few gadgets, utensils, pots/pans, stove, ovens, etc. missing from this house. It was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen although I will add that the outdoors grill needs to be upgraded. The pool and spa were also top notch. One to the best we've used. Yet the pool and spa are the reason for my 4-star review. When booking the house I filtered for house with a pool and spa. As I've rented many houses with pools before, I expected to pay extra to heat the pool. What I didn't expect was to pay more that 4 times what I've paid previously to do so. I received the price of heating the pool too late to look for a comparable listing. I believe there should have been more transparency in pricing of this house. It looks good on VRBO but not so much after adding pool heating to the equation. I also couldn't get a heated pool for part of our stay to reduce the costs, for example to exclude the day we arrived and departed. I understand there's inflation to deal with, but not 400% inflation. Despite the sticker shock, this was a 5-star house and customer service experience. For example, when I found the dishwasher detergent was missing, the operator of the house provided it within an hour. Too bad the sticker shock of heating the pool took away from an outstanding experience otherwise.

Great big indoor/outdoor house!

We loved the size and the comfort of this house. Perfect for a group get together. The only problem was the dishwasher that did not clean the dishes--it's old--and due to Covid, it took a day to get someone to fix and we had dishes pilling up. This was probably specific to Covid because the management team were very quick to respond and they had a strong desire to be helpful. I think it would be a good decision to replace the dishwasher because it still didn't work that well after it was fixed. Other than that, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the house and Avantstay!

Birthday weekend

Great house! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, the bedrooms were big and comfortable beds, and the backyard was perfect with a great pool and so many fun yard games! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home!

Fun weekend getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 3 families wanting to have a low key, covid safe vacation. Kids played in the pool all day and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. Only issue was the dryer was broken so we couldn’t wash pool towels but the management was very responsive to the issue and I’m sure they took care of it. Overall was a pleasant and easy experience.

Beautiful property! We will be back!

The property was excellent but the service from Avant was even more impressive. They answered all my questions immediately and although the ice machine in the freezer wasn't working at the time, they offered to bring us bags of ice whenever we needed it! Our family had an amazing time and cannot wait to return! Thank you!

Resort style backyard.

Overall, the property was very nice. The house was too big and overkill for our needs but we rented it for the pool, jacuzzi and backyard which was worth it. There were a couple negatives with this rental. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath did not work. The towels in the bathrooms were old and like sandpaper. The shower head in the master bath was poor. These are minor things but not what I expected for this property at the price we paid.

Highly recommended! Had an amazing time!

Everything about this house was meticulously thought out. Linens were incredibly soft and clean. Kitchen was very organized. I never had to second guess if a cup was clean. We stayed here for two weeks while at a horse show with two kids and 4 adults and had more than enough room. The backyard was beautiful and private. We felt so safe in the gated neighborhood. Management team resolved any questions in a very professional manner. I truly felt appreciated by Avant Stay and cannot wait to come back for future stays!
